I was extremely upset when I spoke with an employee at the Grand Rapids Bridal Gallery over the phone and she was extremely rude to me.\r

All I wanted was to come try on a dress and she very rudely assumed that I was going to come try it on then go buy it online and wouldn't tell me the size of the sample dress. My friend (the bride) has not decided whether we are even getting the dress or not so when I told her that I didn't know for sure if I was going to buy it the woman became even more rude and without explanation told me to go to another store and HUNG UP on me!\r

I called back and spoke with another person who at least sounded more pleasant and actually took the time to explain that they don't like to give out sizes over the phone because people use them for their samples and then go buy it online. \r

After that I didn't know what to say because she still wouldn't tell me the size and I'm not going to drive all the way out there to NOT fit in the dress! How am I supposed to
