They've managed our apartment complex since before I moved almost 10 years ago. In all these years I've never met one of their office staff ...only the inspection and repair crews that invade my home 6-10 times a year (different faces every time), with little more than 24 hours notice (not including the subcontracted maintenance man who seems to let himself into anyone's apartment when he knows the tenant is away).
Eastpoint Properties as done virtually nothing to create a personalized experience for tenants, and seems to treat their business as a solely residual income entity, and nothing more.
Needless to say, I've been looking forward to moving out since I moved in.
