Basement drain was backing up so we called Roto-Rooter this morning at 7:45am. Was told they could come out that afternoon and would call approximately 30 minutes before arriving. To my pleasant surprise, they called back at 8am and said they could be there within 30 minutes. Joe and Dennis arrived at 8:30am and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They checked out the problem and explained what the charge would be prior to beginning work. They fixed the clog and completely cleaned up all within 1 hour. Pricing was fair and they honored a coupon I had printed online. Would not hesitate to call them again and/or recommend to friends...one of the most pleasant service calls we've ever had!
