I had a root-bound sewer line that was draining slowly. I called a local company that had done the job for me in the past, but after they wasted my time for three days by giving me services window and consistently not showing up or even calling me I called Roto-Rooter to help me out.\r
\r
When I called an actual person answered the phone who assured me that the guys would give me a call 30 minutes before they were going to show up so that I could meet them. I got the call about 45 minutes before they showed up.\r

The technician, Tony, was very professional, knowledgeable, and likeable. He seemed committed to resolving my problem.\r

They did the basic sewer snaking which did not work so they went and picked up the hydro-jet truck. The hydro-jetting got it to a slow drain so they sent down a camera and found the problem was a broken sewer pipe under the road.\r
\r
They called out a master plumber to give me an estimate on the repair. Tony waited on-site the entire time.
