I too had the same bad experiences with the front desk ladies. It's true, when dr. Rosemarie was there it was a totally different story. You could count on first rate care and actually recieve it without having to take out a second mortgage on your home. The new company is absolutely money hungry and doesnt seem to have any compassion for the animals they are paid good money to care for. Shame on the doctor and everyone else there for giving in and losing what brought them to this practice to begin with. People, take your pets elsewhere. There are several better options within a decent radius.
