700 dollars and 1 week later - problem not fixed. 4/4/2011

We took our 2003 Saturn in for overheating problems. Satterfield's replaced the radiator and sent us on our way. We had to wait over a week for the "radiator mount" to come in. Come to find out, we could have ordered the part ourselves overnight online. \r \r We'd had the thermostat replaced by another garage, which didn't fix the problem. Satterfield assured us that a new radiator/hoses etc. would correct the issue. \r \r This car is used as a delivery vehicle, we really couldn't afford to be without a vehicle for a week, but we were told "the part should be here today" - 5 times. Apparently this is SOP for Satterfields as I had a discussion with a friend who had new struts put on her cadillac and was without the car for over a month because "the parts hadn't come in".\r \r After 700 dollars and a week, the car is STILL overheating. We'd also asked them to look at a hose that was backing up into the floorboard, fix the horn, and check a few other things while they were in there. None of tho more
