Steve is a total joke, with the personality of a wet dish cloth. He scared the hell out of my dog and it took us a few days to undo the damage he did. Not only did he forget our names 5 minutes after we were introduced and through out the lesson must have asked us at least 2 more times, but he also referred to my female dog as "He" all night after being corrected. The man is full of himself and prides himself on the fact that he can operate his own dog as a robot. He had more stories than Mother Goose. I think his techniques are cruel and would advise anyone to steer clear of him. He also says not to give your dog treats. If you walk into any pet store you will find isles and isles of treats- so someone is giving their dog treats. Stay away from this sicko.
