Order 4 items from Mueller's of which 2 items were special ordered. We purchasing the items I specifically asked how long the special items would take to arrive and I was told 4 to 6 weeks. After calling 3 times to inquire about my order, each call push the time out to 4-8 and then 4-12 weeks. The third and final call they told me oh yes the items are here. No call or nothing! I said well I do not want the special ordered items now. I was told if I want to cancel my special order then he will keep my $940 payment I made during the order and if I want the other 2 items I will have to pay full price for them. I have bought numerous items from this company and thought that I had found a place that actually took care of the customer. I was wrong they only care about your money. I will NEVER buy anything from Mueller's again.
