Recently, I went to Hardy Chevrolet because I was interested in trading in my car for a newer model. As you'd expect, the sales staff was pushy; however, I could not believe the management at this dealership. The used car manager (I think his name was Dale) took my car for a test drive and smoked in it while he was gone. My car smelled awful. When I told my salesperson about it, he said it was common for his boss to smoke in customers' vehicles and that multiple complaints to the general manager, Wayne, went unanswered.
