This is to let everyone know what an excellent day I had at Dental Plus office today in Pasadena. My appointment was for 9:30 A.M and I arrived at 9:00 A.M. I sat for about 5 minutes when my name was called. Dental Plus has shown to me that they care for their patients. I am one of their patients! I have never waited for my name to be called and I have been a patient for almost 2 years. I have braces so therefore I must say thank you to everyone who works in the Ortho department. I feel great every time. Thank you to all receptionists and especially to Ms. Beltran. Thank you for answering my question today. Thank you guys so much for being there and your support and for caring for those who not have any insurance, like myself.
