I have been banking with this branch for years, when it was Provident Bank. I recently moved and got married and wanted to do a name change. I was told that I had to come into the branch to do this. Well, I live in WA. After repeated calls to customer service, I was finally told that it was up to the discretion of the branch to do a name change via mail. This branch repeatedly refused my requests, even though I was willing to have my documents notarized. I keep this account open because it is easier to have my tenant deposit his rent into this acount. I guess I will have to find another bank. I'm very disappointed and highly insulted.
