I did not have a good experience with the staff/owner of the Greenbriar Inn restaurant and hotel. From my experience, they do not seem interested in customer service. They basically indicated that my complaint was unjustifiable, as it had never occurred before. They did not want to accept my word at face value. In my communications with them they were unapologetic for the events that took place.
