This may be the worst service that I have ever seen. I just want to get a pair of glasses. I got an exam for contacts here a few months ago and the two ladies were so helpful and nice. I went to the front desk to get my prescription but no one helped me. I waited awhile and went to the other a desk. I told him I wanted my prescription and the guy tried to talk me into the doctor checking my eyes again. It wasnt even a year yet. But he did give me the copy. It took me about 15 mins to find some glasses but then I had to wait over a half hour to order. The guy who claims to be the manager --- if we was his boss should have never hired him because his grammer was horrible, his demeanor was horrible and his sales technique was hardcore-- told me all about these wonderful lenses they have and this great protection plan and blah blah blah. Then he hits me with the bill $563.88 and they have to special order them it will take 10 days and I have to pay now. I declined. Then he starts throwing out numbers at me ""$50 off"" or ""20% off"" and then free loaner glasses.\r
He then wants me to sign up for some line of credit. Are you nuts? I'm not giving out my financial info to him. I did not buy glasses. I suggest you steer clear. As I am online here now I found like six places I can go and it is sure to be better. It really cannot be worse than here. I wish I would read other reviews before I went there. Live & learn.\r
