I absolutely regret going to this dentist. If I could put 0 stars I would have done that but I had to at least put one to post this. I went to her for a consultation and everything sounded great so I went ahead with the procedure. After it was done the entire story changed. I paid $1500 out of pocket for a dental implant and was told the balance of $1100 would be paid by my insurance. But it was not covered by my insurance because of a clause in my policy that if they had checked they would have known. I was getting the procedure done for my upcoming wedding and had I known how much it would be out of pocket I would have waited until I was on my fiances insurance since his covers dental implants. I feel like I was tricked into getting the procedure and overall lied to about the cost. $2600 is a lot of money out of pocket and had I been informed I would have made a different decision. Also, ever since they worked on my teeth they have been incredibly sensitive. I have always had strong good teeth and never had any issues with sensitivity but now my teeth hurt when I breathe cold air and eat certain foods. I am very upset that I made the decision to go to this dentist and I hope you do not make the same mistake. This was a terrible experience and I feel like their office is very manipulative (think bait and switch tactic) unfortunately I am very trusting and believed them when we went over the paperwork. I should never have let them work on my teeth.
