My wife and I ordered take out from Los Cabos and had a horrible experience.\r \r We had paid $15 for a $30 coupon to try the restaurant as it is close to our home and we like Mexican. When we ordered we specifically stated we had this coupon and they said ""no problem, come in 10-15 minutes"" \r \r After waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes (45 minutes from ordering) they brought out my food. Then the manager refused to honor my coupon as it was a dine in coupon only.\r I told him we specifically mentioned the coupon, type and code and were told no problem.....he still could have called in the code yet refused. I told him the coupon is the only reason I came...he did not care. He kept complaining about how was he going to make any money......he is offering the coupon an incentive to try his restaurant???\r I did the honorable thing and paid the full value of the bill....in hindsight I should have walked out.\r \r As a final insult, when I got home (a 5 minute drive) the food was so cold I had to microwave for two minutes before it was an acceptable temperature.\r \r I WAS RIPPED OFF!\r I will not return even with an unused coupon which cost me $15.\r I will also tell everyone I know in Norwalk & Westport about my experience.\r \r more
