It seems you have to be Caucasian to get service or even a ""sorry for the delay"". I had an appointment, and arrived a few minutes early. When my appointment time came and went I talked to the girl at the front and informed her of my appointment and asked about when I can expect to get some service - explaining that I couldn't be too late as I had to pick my son up from school after the appointment. All I got were nasty looks and that was it. I waited another 15 minutes with not even a ""We're sorry for the delay"" - not a single word from anyone. I have never seen such discrimination ever!
