I scheduled a large lunch event about 6 weeks in advance with Erick and told him I would call him or for him to call me closer to the event to work out the details of the actual food to be served. When I called the day before to give him the type of food I wanted served he said he had already scheduled other events because he hadn't heard from me. When I asked why he didn't call me to cancel he said he was too busy. I worked with him 1 other time in the past and I found him to be irritable and extremely unprofessional. The food is good but his service is unacceptable. Do not use his catering service unless you want a no show with attitude. more
