I'm really disappointed to write this review. I have never even been tempted to write a review for any other establishment, but after my last few visits to Como's I feel the need to express my opinion. \r

First off, I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere of Como's. I especially enjoy the patio area. What I am writing about is the exceptionally poor service: extremely long waits to even be greeted by a server and very little follow through with service. The consistently poor service has not kept me from returning to Como's, as I do enjoy the food and environment.\r

The only negative thing about this restaurant is the service. It is about as poor as it gets. Often times servers or bartenders will avoid eye contact and appear to go out of their way not to serve you.\r

The last time I was there (this past weekend) we had to tell a manager where we were sitting because we had been sitting for about 15 minutes without anyone coming to the table. Once we got a server to help us she was polite, but just did the bare minimum - never came to check on us once we had our food or to see if we wanted another round. \r

The visit before this past one, we sat at the patio bar and were just interested in getting a few drinks before going to see a show. It took a very long time to get a drink and the bar was not crowded at all. Another time we sat inside at the bar and had the same problem - I believe it took us over 30 minutes to get our check at the end of our meal. It seems as if the bartenders work in a way such that if they were not the initial person that served you then they will not help you. We would often see another bartender but he would not serve us. \r

I love eating at local restaurants and supporting independent companies, and as I previously stated, I am very sad to leave this poor review. I hope that something good comes of it - I will probably go back a few more times and hope for the best!
