I bought an '03 Toyota Avalon from Universal Auto Sales. This was my first time ever doing business with them. I went in wanting a used car. The dealership was offering it for $8900. The used car salesperson was very helpful. However, he didn't want to come down on the price when I finally started looking cars. I was ready to walk. I ended up speaking with the manager. He sold me the car for 8500 cash and no trade in. I have good credit and stable work history. I haven't had any problems with regards to service either. Overall, my experience was positive. I would purchase another car from them via manager.
