I will start by saying I am a mom of 2 and have very sensitive teeth (very sensitive). I am very particular about my teeth and I visit the Dentist every 4 moths for routine cleanings versus the recommended 6 months--always have. When we first moved to AZ about 4 years ago I went to another large practice and was very disappointed with the lack of care, professionalism and patience towards me on my first visit. I ended up needing a root canal and was referred to Dr. Hardy. I got the best root canal ever from Dr. Hardy and I told him about my unhappiness with my referring Dentist. He said I should go see Dr. Bergloff at Provinces. That was 3 ½ years ago and I am still seeing Dr. Bergloff and his team. I can honestly say that Dr. Bergloff is the most patient, kind and gentile Dentist I have ever had. He always explains each procedure and answers all of my questions very patiently. I have read some of the other reviews that reflected poorly on the front office with regards to handling billing (which is why I decided to write review). I will state that I have never had a billing issue with Provinces. But, we do pay our bills in full and on time (aren’t we supposed to?!?!). A service was provided which deserves prompt and on time payment. We have never had an issue with anything of that matter. I would unequivocally recommend Provinces and Dr. Bergloff to anyone.
