I dropped my car off there because something was wrong with it. They called to tell me it was large problem, I asked some questions about it. Eventually, Mr. Beam descended to shouting at me that ""I just don't get it"" and to ""come get your car"".
Funny thing is - I was going to have him do the work, I just wanted to understand and he was unreasonable, unwilling to listen, and unwilling to discuss the situation with me.
They did nothing wrong to my car except put the wrong oil in it (which they replaced) and I didn't even care about that.
Just AWFUL customer service - hung up on me on the phone and shouted at me in person. Ridiculous. Don't use this mechanic
