Do not use KEN FRY, Littel Digs Excavation, or Valley Woodworking, for anything that you might do. Treated my job like it was his own piggy bank. Supposed to do a job that he claimed would take ""one day and $500"" but wouldn't bother with a contract for such a small job. Right. My bad on that one.
He drug it out for three weeks and would only show up for a couple hours a day. If there was a better job somewhere else he would disappear for days at a time and I would have to call him to track him down. After the ""$500"" job was completed, he invoiced me for $6,600 with the explanation that excavation was ""an expensive sport."" I pleaded with him to sit down for some coffee to better help me understand things, and he refused. I then demanded to see his work log, tractor hours, and material invoices. Never produced anything.
Put a lein on my home and sued me. Refused numerous settlement attempts and mediation (that I was offering to pay for). God help you if you enter into any business with this man.
