Their customer service personnel are friendly, responsive, and prompt. Their managers understand the community and the laws we must work under. The owner is prompt to respond to any concerns, and most importantly they are honest. Our old company was taking vendor kickbacks!!! They charged less, but were ripping us off way more than we thought we were saving. It took the helsing group to show us how they were doing it.
