If your looking for bad service and awful communication then you've found it! Not only are you paying a lot of money, but your waiting way to long for your product! I wanted to have some flowers put into a shadow box and it took them well over ten months just to get the order straight, not even to have the product. They have awful communication skills and they never call you back when they say they will. I am very disappointed and I will never recommend them to anyone!
