One of the worst experiences that I have had. I went in the store, found it passing by heading to another Verizon store on Holt Road. This store is owned and family operated. They try to do the best they can to fix the place up to make it look as best to compete with the big guys.\r
\r
When I walked in they had two people working in the store. One customer was in speaking to a clerk. The one person that was free never said hi. I walked around for at least 10-15 minutes before I was even asked for help. The guy that took care of me, think it may have been the owner, only think that as he stated to the other customer that he was. Oh, yes. He made sure people knew he was the owner. Pat on the back, you know.\r
The owner a small pudgy guy was not helpful. Acted as if he was doing me a favor for being there. He kept on telling me that he can service me better if I bought from him but the service place is not located in that store and I would have to go to the main store on Holt Road for any repairs, etc..\r
He told me I can pay a bill but that at his store he would have to charge me extra to take my money. Some type of processing fee. \r
He did not have all the phones in the store, and was told that this is due to purchasing capabilities.\r
The only good thing is that he told me that I could come back and talk to his clerk if I needed more information in the future.\r
He was not very nice. Just a typical sales person trying to sell you something and not trying to know what the customer’s needs are and find out what would best fit me for my needs.\r
He got a little angry and did not seem to want to help me as he told me that I can look around more and if I needed anything I can ask again, somewhat in those words. I may have asked only 4-5 questions. Most want you to just walk in and know what you want and buy.\r
Stay away… NO GOOD. Go to the main location on Holt Road or another place. \r
