My fiancée and I were very excited to move in to our new apartment and this location seemed to be a respectable location to start our family. We weren't offered to see the unit before signing the lease and I know (shame on me) I should have asked. Upon first opening the door I was overwhelmed by the smell of natural gas. Come to find out the stove was broken and there was a gas leak. We took a quick walk through before beginning to move in our belongings. The place was filthy. The dead roaches alone lining the cabinets and floors was plenty but opening a kitchen cabinet to find cat feces tucked in the corner was completely unacceptable. The air filter hadn't been changed in what looked like over a year. There are visible patches, sagging shelfs, dirty air vents that have been painted over, and one of the windows are even screwed shut. Management simply gave me a corporate office number.If I hadn't just handed over all of my money I wouldn't be here!
