We had this company replace our asphalt shingle roof. The crew was cordial and friendly ... but ...apparently a tool was dropped in the down spout, and to retrieve it the drainage tubing attached to the bottom of the downspout was dug out of the ground and cut open, and left that way! We discovered it only much later. Another tool was dropped into the attic, and apparently in retieving it, the working stepped on the AC unit and bent the pan. Our AC maintenance discovered it only recently, and, of course had to replace it. There were also old shingles in the attic! They didn' throw them all on the ground, We picked pieces out of our flower beds for days!
