I only wish I could give zero or negative stars. These people should be in Washington for the ease with which they lie to customers. It's downright pathological. From the service manager (we'll call him Jonathan) to the head of the service dept. (we'll call him Darren), they have created the most miserable experience I've been in involving customer service. They were incapable of fixing my vehicle, of managing the situation, of obtaining parts - h*ll, they didn't even have all the tools necessary to fix the vehicle! And these people are a 5-star dealership?! These guys are a perfect example of how *not* to run a business. Chrysler should get rid of them before the lawsuits start coming in. And if you're a woman or an older person, expect to be treated with contempt. Know that you are at their mercy and they won't stop making your life miserable until you've promised your first born to stop the hemorraging. more
