As you know, when I needed your service this week I was in a hurry. This is to let you know that I appreciate the way you responded, and the timeliness of your service. Not only did you respond quicker than I expected, but you stayed until the job was done, even though it was late and intruded into your ""family time"". You quoted me a fair price and you stuck to it even though we ran into some unexpected difficulties.
