DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! Especially if you have a Gooldendoodle or Labradoodle. They do not have the needed tools, skills, or time to groom this type of dog. They want only dogs that they can get done in a two hour window. Please do not subject your dog to the poor grooming skills and yourself to the poor customer service. \r
I recently moved to Charlotte and have struggled finding a groomer for my GoldenDoodle. I liked the idea of an all natural groomer so I tried Grooming Naturally a few times. I was unhappy from the first visit; however, I went back thinking we could get to a point where I was getting my dog groomed they way I wanted. \r
Each time I called for an appointment they were rude. As soon as they hear I have a Doodle, they interupt me to go through a long list of disclaimers of what they DO NOT DO. I have had my dog for two years and have had her groomed regularly and am willing to pay extra to book the additional time needed for her hair type. They never booked enough time and then just complained about how much time it took to groom her and did a poor job on her cut.\r
I am done putting my dog through ""bad hair days"" and me through the bad customer service.
