If you want to do yourself a favor then DON'T use them. You can summarize their service with one word: TERRIBLE They are rude, incompetent and useless. Had damaged product and asked for replacement parts. Was told it would take 1-2 weeks. Well it took 8 weeks. They blamed it on Hunter. I had to call 20 times and they never return your calls. Said the part arrived last week and they called right away. That's the next lie. Checked tracking on package and they received part 5 weeks ago and simply didn't bother to tell us. They knew it was for the blinds in the nursery and still didn't care. Marcy is the worst of them. Go elsewhere!!!! more
