Our experience with East Bay Waterworks was fantastic. We purchased a new hot tub spa from Costco and wanted a local licensed contractor to complete the hook up. Every company we talked to quoted us up to a week before they could even look at it. Greg Brown, owner of East Bay Waterworks returned my call within minutes of my call to him and squeezed us in between his other projects on a Friday afternoon. Greg stopped by the house on Friday while I was still at work to determine what parts were needed to complete the installation and then finished the job on Saturday. Our spa was up and running 4 days before we could get another company to give us a quote, Greg was very professional, very polite and knew exactly what need to be done, he follow up with a call on Monday to make sure everything was running as expected. Greg is on the top of our list, and we highly recommend the services of East Bay Waterworks.
