I wish I had researched about MBM Moving System out of Greensboro, NC. Contrary to their website, their customer service, integrity, and professionalism are sorely lacking.\r

Recently I had MBM move my household goods from NC to NY. The customer service representative was very attentive during my inquiries. Once my goods were picked up, receiving answers to my questions has required me to continually contact the company representative yet, I still do not have the answers to complete my move.\r

The pickup was 2 1/2 hours outside the pickup window but they did not to tell me until I had already waited the 3 hours. I received no appology and the only response was that they promised an exact time, the window of time is as a 'courtesey' to their customers.\r

Unless you are forced to employ MBM, stay away.
