I've been to the Snob Shop Consignment store around 4 - 5 times. I kept wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, that maybe next time they will be nicer and not come off so grand. It amazes me that the people who work there come off like they possess a PHd in consignment.! They really need to work on their people skills, and by that I mean making potential customers feel welcome and not like an unworthy person in their store. While they do have some good items for resale, I have chose to spend my money at businesses that are friendly and know that in these times most people won't choose a snobby place to spend their hard earned money. I have and will continue to tell my friends or strangers not to shop at Snob because it is exactly that.. I've got to wonder if any of those women hold any college degrees...
