Our neighbor had 3 barking dogs that were kept on their screened in back porch many days and nights. They barked all the time except strangely when Animal Control arrived on the scene. Of course they were still barking but Animal Control said they weren't. I guess it took the whole neighborhood to call them before they would issue any sort of warning to the owner's of the dogs. Many of our neighbors said they called Animal Control and was all told the same thing - ""they weren't barking when we drove by.""
