I wouldn't be giving this a one star except it's the lowest I can give as a review. They changed our appointment time without notifying us. They came out and ""checked"" the AC unit, said it was fine. We turned off the AC right after the man left (because we were going home for the holidays). When we got back, as soon as it turned on, it wouldn't work. They returned, said it needed a new fan. They couldn't give us an estimate on labor (the part=fan blade were covered under warranty) even AFTER they had done the work. I had to call to see how much the total was and I gave my information to pay for the TOTAL amount. I received a ""receipt"" showing that a transaction had processed, leaving me a $30 balance. I called twice to try to get some answers, but no one knew anything. And then they didn't process the transaction until OVER 3 MONTHS later, which they processed all at once. And they didn't notify me when they did process it. I wouldn't even recommend this place to someone I hated.
