I have never once not had this staff screw up my appointment time. They open nearly an hour past their stated opening time. They misplace patient info and make other extremely stupid clerical mistakes so frequently that despite being completely satisfied with the doctor & procedures I simply had to stop giving them my business. I cannot believe that a place run this poorly is still standing.
