Its a SCAM... stay away & Keep your hand on your wallet 4/1/2011

Doesn't even deserve one star... but this is the lowest I can choose from.\r Greg LeMay the so-called VP of finance is a scam artist as is his company. I applied for a working capital loan. He sent me an e-mail stating I was APPROVED for a $85,000 10-yr term loan @ 8.5%. He required that I wire-transfer a $4500 processing fee and I would be contacted by his closing agents & it would only take 2-3 weeks to close the loan. Like a trusting fool, I wired him the money to his Bank of America account. 3-weeks went by before I was even able to get a person's name to proceed with the loan. When I did, I was told they never approved any loan, I would have to submitt an application & the financial doc's all over again. I did, waited for another month & the loan was denied. I tried to contact LeMay.. only after daily phone calls & emails for almsot 2-months did he refer me to another ""lender"". There ""offer"" ... three seperate loans totaling the $85000 but only for 5-yrs and at 29.99%. The SCAM... you are NEVER APPROVED for what LeMay offers, he has you pre-pay a huge fee that you will NEVER be able to get back, which he will NEVER refund regardless of what your agreement says and if you turn down the loan that is actually offered, he gets to keep the original fee. If you want to sue him... it will be in small claims court and you will have to travel to Texas to appear in court. Remember my original offer $85000 for 10-yr at 8.5%? I had a credit score of 820 & the offer became 5-yr loan at 29.99% & for this I paid $4500!! If I maxed out my credit cards I would have only paid $50 in transfer fees per card & gotten a better interest rate and still had revolving credit available. BEWARE more
