Bruce Swift will RUIN your carpet. My husband and I scheduled a routine cleaning of a shag carpet, and it was personally returned to us by Bruce Swift. Unfortunately, when we unrolled it, it was stained YELLOW! Mr. Swift happily accepted our payment without saying A WORD-very shady and unprofessional. Long story short, Mr. Swift evidently had turned it BROWN initially, but was lucky enough to get enough color out to turn our ivory rug yellow. He refunded our payment, but refused to reimburse us AT ALL for out $800 rug that was less than two years old and now completely ruined. We filed a complaint with the BBB, and Swift did not have the professionalism to respond to that either. Bottom line- there are many other competent carpet cleaners out there...best to try one of them.
