Gentle and even accommodating. I was running about an hour late to my appointment because of rain, traffic, and a bit of poor planning on my part. I called in and said that I'd be late, and they told me to just come anyway. As soon as I got there, he immediately took me in and I was still able to get my filling. The filling was quick and even the shot of novacane (sp?) was as pain-free as it could possibly be.
