THEIR PASSION FOR ANIMALS WERE AS EVIDENT AS THEIR SKILL AND ORGANIZATION WHICH LACKED IMMENSLY!!!!\r
The vet was packed with cases that varried. (snake bites, dog bites, broke bones, open wounds, and etc)\r
the estimate quote for all of the quest was ""oh less than 2hours"".(reasonable time)\r
after over 5 hours of waiting patiently; i asked when will my number be called. the repsonse was well rehearsed and repeatitive ""oh less than 2hours""( yeah i was told that 6hours ago)\r
stil waiting patiently and wondering the terms URGENT and Care and how it corresponds with this location. Not once did a vet tech analyze my dog or anything!! My dog was attacked.(cut up in places and bleeding all over the floor and towel i provided) \r
With a bleeding dog i wasnt concidered urgent and told i wouldnt be seen until morning! WOW the service of this location is below a 1 star.\r
rude employees that dont take true respect of their work and others!! (lacking in staff and intelligence or maybe it is social skill. COULDNT TELL DUE TO THE FACT I WAS NEVER CONCIDERED AN URGENT CASE)\r
I would gladly drive an extra hour to real location that i can trust with my animals. this locations isnt fit!!\r
I WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!
