An employee ran into a power pole and damaged my freezer, which started growling so loud my cat wouldn't come past it to eat any more. It resorted to foraging outside, got toxoplasmosis, and died. The freezer also died because they never sent a repairman. The company offered under a third of the cost of my 2 year old freezer, not even enough to buy a used one on craigslist, let alone replace the spoiled food. I didn't get paid at all because I wouldn't sign a paper saying they weren't liable. Do you think they would pay if your house burned?
