Get a contract up front not just a reciept for payment or deposit.. He will give you crap up front and if you work while he finds you something else ( which will take forever ) he will pile on additional charges. make sure you get in writing that if you are not happy on job he will give you a window of opportunity to change. He will call you on the job for payment and I have heard that he will come to job and intimidate you. If I had the time I would call the better business bureau on him.
