We have used Mr. Martinez for two recent projects. First, we hired him to build a textured concrete patio (about 1200 square feet). The work was great and on time and when his sub contractor refused to fix a small cosmetic issue, Mr. Martinez came himself on a Saturday to fix it. We also hired Solid Foundation to extend a brick wall and they did a great job for 2/3 the price of our other quote. Having had mixed success with handymen we have hired in the past, Mr. Martinez was a welcome change. He has been a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him highly.
