Bill's tree service is less than average. He came out & looked at the tree and bush to be cut-back & trimmed. No discussion about needing any permit. He quoted me a price $600. On the day of the trimming, Tony (Bill's worker) said a permit is need for certain type of tree branch (which is news to me!) An hour after they started the work, Bill demanded his money before the job is done. When I complained my bush was not trimmed and one of the tree branch over the roof was not cut back, Bill complained that they've worked all day. Apparently, Tony had spent the afternoon cutting my neighbor's pine tree and trimmed her bush instead! wont cut certain started Instead, his worker ""Tony"" trimmed my neighbor's bush and cut down her pine tree. When I complained to Bill about my bush to be cut, he had ""Tony"" call me. When I returned ""Tony""'s call, his mother yelled at me saying I should have call back (the day earlier) when he called! Geez! I just want to get my bush trimmed! Not worth the hundreds of dollars I spent or the hassle.
