Terrible customer service, flawed risk advice, did not take the time to really understand my business needs and requirements even though I sent them in several times. My business also looked into their tenant insurance programs, however be wary! The coverage they offered was not sufficient for the leasing company! I'm glad we sent it in first for review before signing up.
