We have taken both of our animals to Fairway for several years now. We love the vets and technicians (for the most part) and our pets have always gotten quality care. However, the front desk staff is an entirely different story. Rude, abrasive and condescending. When one of our animals required significant treament that wasn't in our budget at the time, I inquired about a payment plan (there's a sign about it right above the front desk!) and from then on was treated like a leper by the front desk folks whenever I brought either of our pets in. The payment plan was for a four digit figure, not $50. I do not appreciate being treated like a deadbeat by a receptionist...you would think they of all people would appreciate the extreme effort I put forth to get my pet's mysterious illness diagnosed and treated. Needless to say, now that the bill is paid, I will be picking up both my animals records and moving do a different facility where we will ALL be treated with a little more respect.
