I will never take any of my animals to the Pearland banfield or any others. I took my dog in for a test, the doctor told me 24 hours to 5 days to get the test back. On the 5th day I called because I haven't heard from them. They told me nothing came back yet. So I gave it 2 more days, still nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and she wasn't avaiable, so the girl told me shoud would have her call me back that day. Here it's the next day and nothing still. I called and had to leave another message. This time she called me back. They told me they had nothing on m dog regarding the test results yet. So they would have to check. I asked her why she didn't call me on the 5th day and inform me that the did get nothing in? She didn't have an answer for me. I asked why she didn't give me a call yesterday, and she said because she never received a message from the front desk. Paying customers should get treated better then how I was treated. Now I have to take my dog to yet another vet for this same test. I'm also canceling my puppies wellness package as well. I will NOT spend any more money at Banfield again. Regarding facility, I work with animals, and for it to be a vet office, they need to clean there rooms alittle better. There is hair, dirty along the walls and you can tell they don't clean correctly. They need to take better pride in a place where animals come to receive care. more
