I was trying to help a hospital patient find a ride home and the guy on the phone was extremely disrespectul and rude to me for absolutely no reason when we called to find out why they showed up. They told me"" we're not in the business of making sense, we're in the business of driving taxis"" I will never ever use or recommend this company to anyone!
