I've been going to Shades of Green for many years now and my experience there is based strongly on the staff member I encounter. Some of them are unfriendly and not helpful at all. Some of the old codgers are arrogant and very unpleasant, as if you are bothering them and keeping them from something more important. Ask for Tony. He is so helpful, can not do enough for you, and truly enjoys his job. He wants to educate his customers and takes the time to talk to you. Makes you feel like you are important.
